Art Director
Rhycom is seeking a self-motivated Art Director to join its creative staff. Responsibilities will include designing corporate identity, advertising and other creative projects, managing projects from conception to execution, directing photography and video shoots, coordinating with various vendors, and working with clients on a daily basis. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop. Web capabilities a plus.

Web Developer
Rhycom is seeking a knowledgable web guru to help complete web and interactive projects. Responsibilities will include aiding designers formulate strategic web solutions, programming websites using HTML, ASP or Flash, coordinating web and interactive projects from conception to execution, and maintaining existing websites. Candidate must have proficient skills in HTML, CSS, Flash and Javascript. Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop or other design software a plus.

Business Development
Rhycom is seeking a business devevlopment professional with experience in advertising or other related professions. Three to five years of business development experience is required. Responsibilities will include working with principal to develop new business strategies, generating leads, new business presentations and account management.
