Interactive Project Manager

Rhycom is seeking an interactive project manager to drive all initiatives concerning interactive projects ranging from websites to mobile apps. The Interactive Project Manager will scope, define, manage, and lead the implementation of online projects from inception, to launch and post-launch assessment, based on business requirements defined by the client. This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the ideal candidate will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological and interactive solutions to achieve measurable results for the brand.

Position Summary
The qualified candidate will understand the dynamics and management of small to large websites and will be charged with the following responsibilities:
• Creating strategic technology solutions based on business goals
• Crafting detailed business/technical specifications for interactive projects based on client business and marketing needs
• Overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance associated with all interactive projects
• Working with Business, Marketing, Creative and IT resources to execute the development of interactive projects
• Providing ongoing user experience and conversion-enhancement client websites

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years experience managing production of interactive projects such as websites, SEO, mobile apps, social media programs, rich media banner ad campaigns, HTML email campaigns, etc.
• Proven leadership ability and project management skills
• Experience and understands the difference between Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience leading a team through the SDLC, in a creative environment
• Ability to translate business and technical concepts into function specification documents
• Experience in cross-platform design, information architecture, site mapping and change control
• Excellent Microsoft Visio, Project & the Office Suite
• Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Team facilitation
• Technical writing proficiency
• Online workflow modeling skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in both conceptual and technical realms
• Creativity in the development and selection of functional alternatives in the implementation of online projects

Desired Skills & Experience
• B.S. degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with a large scale design or redesign of websites
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop & Flash
• Experience with video & print production is a plus
