The SWOT Analysis provides a broad business-based, situational overview of your company or specific promotional project–Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This is the first step in which Rhycom will help identify present and future business goals, determine what research should be completed, and develop business initiatives and marketing tactics.
BRAND EVALUATION
Does your brand have a strong personality that will carry it forward? Rhycom will evaluate all current brand identity, marketing communications, brand messaging and existing materials for its effectiveness in reaching your audience. We will identify where the brand is currently positioned in the conceptual space within the target customer’s mind.
BRAND PLAN
What does your brand get credit for in the eyes of your customers? Rhycom will identify which values need to be protected and leveraged in brand communication, and will develop a core brand identity and message based on the evaluation of your offerings, unique value and customer needs. In addition, the selling idea will be defined. This is the focused articulation of the strategic message you want the brand to communicate, and will be the “spark” that ignites our creative process.
CREATIVE BRIEF
With the information garnered from the SWOT Analysis, Brand Evaluation and Brand Plan, Rhycom will develop and present an overall Creative Brief for all major projects. It will clearly state the scope, objectives, expectations, deliverables, tone and image, message and budget.
